Discussions

• Establishing a fund to cover the future costs of replacing the roof and the heating system.
• Taking 10% of our budget to go into a reserve fund for capital improvements
• Splitting up the functions of the welcoming ministry and the membership ministry. However, to do so, would need a bylaw change.

Plans and Announcements

• A spring brunch in Memorial Park, Beacon to attract new families to our congregation will be scheduled by the Welcoming Ministry.
• A concert on Saturday the 14th of March. The proceeds will go to provide financial support to families that wish to attend the Star Island retreat.
• There is an upcoming UUA annual meeting. The nearest satellite location is Rochester, NY.
• The annual pledge drive will run from March 15th through April 12th.

Motions

• A motion to make the third Sunday of March collection go to the local ASPCA passed.
