Notes from the June 10, 2025 Board meeting

• People need to know to check the breaker when there are mic issues.
• Several issues in the current Birch school contract need to be addressed before next year’s contract can be negotiated. Bill will deliver a written report of concerns to the school.
• Jim reported that we need more greeters and more greeter training. Nan volunteered to take this on.
• RE ministry chair Michelle DiLorenzo wanted to thank Keith Jordan for stepping up to teach the last 2 weeks of this RE year, since Ms. Bernie has a new grandson. She hopes that more substitute teachers might be identified for the fall.
• The Board approved making a 6’x3’ banner saying “We stand for love – UUCRT Orange County” for demonstrations.
• Steve Deutsch is dealing with a number of building and grounds issues: diesel fuel delivery, programmable thermostats, new flush mechanisms
  for urinals.
