Notes from the September 10, 2024 Board of Trustees meeting:

• Alan reported that costs for repairs are very high.
• Since the Birch School isn’t OK with our chair plan, Bill will observe and consult with Kate.
• Markly will get more information from the neighbors about our sign.
• RE needs another volunteer to help with supervision on the last day of the month — play day.
• Hollis announced an Oct. 12 Shakespeare program with Mike
  Landrum.
• Our ad has been placed in the Highland Current newspaper.
• A large screen TV has been ordered and could be installed on Friday,
  Sept. 13.
• Hollis has engaged a piano tuner to come Sept.20.
• Next meeting, Wed., October 9 via Zoom
