Notes from the October 9, 2024 Board meeting:

• The Birch School will both put up and take down the chairs.
• Markly and Nancy will try to locate the membership information of the dissolved Middletown UU congregation as a means to reach out to those congregants and invite to our services.
• Mike Landrum will present a Shakespeare program on Oct. 26 at 2pm.
• There will be a new art exhibit in November.
• The Board voted to donate $200 each to the World Central Kitchen and the UUA Relief Fund for hurricane relief, using special collections on the 3rd Sundays of Sept. and Oct.
• The Board will look at our ad in the Highland Current and decide about placing ads in newspapers on the west side of the river.
• Plans were made for the congregational meeting to be held on November 17.
