The Board of Trustees:
1-Will hire an electrician to install exit signs. Steve Deutch will get us a price.
2- New smoke and CO2 detectors are needed
3-Leaking Condenser in ceilings needs to be addressed.
4- Check costs of installing security cameras.
5- Address issue with outside benches falling apart
6- Contact our lawyer regarding moving ahead with property acquisition
7- There was a series of film documentaries on aging which we can show.
8- Address the issue that we do not have federal tax-exempt status.
9- Kate of the Birch School agreed to the new contract.
