- The board will purchase Walkie-Talkies for each shelter in place location.
- The Birch School will pay for the purchase of a ” Smart Lock” for the front entrance. Each authorized person will have their own individual access code to our bldg. And a record will be kept, so we will know the last person to open the bldg.
- DNK will be contacted to fix the condenser leak.
- The board will discuss with the school the installation of security cameras.
- The entire board would like to arrange a date and time to meet with Ed & Kate, and do a personal tour of the school, while it is in session.
- The congregation will replace the climbing Dome.
- The school will repair the outside benches.
- The 5 members of our congregation who are veterans will be asked to attend the ceremony for Robin at the Goshen veteran’s cemetery as well as all members of our congregation who are interested.
- The Board has agreed to pay for Robin’s funeral expenses and the internment of his ashes.
- The acquisition of the property parcel at 7 Vance Road has been completed.
