The Board of Trustees:

• Approved the Birch School request for a yard sale, except for July 11th.
• Will hold a retreat on July 11th.
• Has agreed to allow residents of Brittany Terrace to hold meetings in the sanctuary at no cost.
• Decided to engage a locksmith to resolve some major issues with various door locks not working.
• Decided to accept the donation of 7 Vance Road and is proceeding to engage an attorney to facilitate the process 
• Agreed to support planning for gay pride month.
