• The congregation now has three new signs in place — one of the road and two on the driveway.
• The Birch School plans to install new landscaping and do gardening in the area behind our building.
• The damaged chairs and the shelves behind the stage have been removed.
• To allow presenters more time to speak, the board is considering shortening the time
  when congregants can speak (joys and concerns).
• The treasurer presented the annual financial report; the congregation is on budget.
• The congregation is considering installing smart thermostats.The Board agreed to change the Welcoming Ministry to the Membership Ministry.
• The UUA advised the congregation it could no longer use its Zoom license.
