11/7/23 meeting

• Birch school contract approved and signed
• Conversations with Birch school about security are continuing.
• In the future Sunday services will plan that congregational meetings will be on the 3rd Sundays of May and November.
• Volunteers are still needed for tech support during Sunday services.
• Notices of Sunday services will be put on our Facebook page.
• We had 3 new members join on November 5.
• Debra Vogel will perform at UUCRT on Dec. 2 at 4:00pm.
• The BOT voted to continue 3rd Sunday collections for the asylum seekers. We donated $500 worth of winter clothing from our previous collections.
• Our fall congregational meeting will be held on December 17 after a short service.
