Notes from the Board
BOT meeting, Dec 9, 2025

• Steve Deutch has arranged for Byron to come this Friday the 12thand replace the lightbulbs in the Sanctuary. We will try to get dimmable bulbs.
• The air filters for our HVAC system still need to be replaced.
• Shelves behind Sanctuary are now empty and will be dismantled in the near future. Ping pong table still needs to be dealt with.
• Bill Domanico will reset the thermostats on Thursday evening to 57 degrees, and then come in early on Sunday to reset to a more comfortable temperature
• We need a new garbage bin for the outside.
• It cost over $2,000 to have the fire suppression system checked for the annual inspection. Maybe we can find someone for less money to do this.
• Linda suggested setting up a Welcoming Table in the Fellowship Hall during coffee time.
• Due to the large number of children who have lately been attending our service, we need to find an additional teacher.
• Due to scheduling, Steve DiLorenzo is unable to serve on our board. We need to appoint a replacement.
