The Communications Ministry sends out weekly email alerts, publishes a monthly newsletter of congregational activities (the Chalice Light), helps publicize events sponsored by the Congregation, as requested by the Board, Ministry Leaders, or the Minister. It contributes to the maintenance of the website and helps coordinate external communication including press releases, brochures and other UUCRT publications.

Members of the Communications Ministry include John Kinney, chair, Agnes Dempster, Jay Beaumont and Mike Landrum assisted by other ministries and congregants on an ad hoc basis. The ministry is supported by the administrative assistant, Donna Polat, who also coordinates social media postings.
