Notes from the April 9, 2025 UUCRT Board meeting:

• Rev is looking for volunteers to help lead Soul Matters.
• The BOT would like all of our services to be avail￾able on Zoom. This would require hiring our student tech for all services or finding more trained people to help.
• The pledge drive exceeded pledges for 2024-25. Ministries need to submit their budget requests asap.
• Hollis is recruiting other musicians and/or singers to contribute their talents during Sunday services.
• The need for a Buildings & Grounds chair was dis￾cussed. Bottini wants us to build a platform so that diesel fuel for testing the fire suppression system
  can be delivered.
• The roadside sign has been repaired and electrified.
• The congregational meeting has been moved to May 25.
• The Leadership ministry has been notified of the BOT positions needing to be filled.
• The next 5th Sunday Forum will be held June 29.
