BOT meeting, Nov 11, 2025

• We have found someone to take care of building steps to the diesel fuel fill pipe to provide safer and easier access for refueling. The above person will also deal with installing a dehumidifier in the basement, as well as replacing all the lights in the sanctuary.

• The board has agreed to purchase a new dishwasher.

• We need to address a better way of controlling the temperature in the building when it is unoccupied.

• The board is working with the Birch School regarding solving the issue of them using space in our building for storage, that is not allowed in our contract.

• Our congregation is growing. We are attracting more young families.
