• Steve Deutch has ordered replacement bulbs for the Sanctuary lights
• A licensed electrician is needed to install 3 new circuit breakers so each furnace will have its own breaker.
• Hollis offered to disassemble the shelves behind the sanctuary to provide storage for extra chairs.
• The Birch School prepared room 19 so that it can be used for RE.
• Rev. Diane discussed having a joint retreat at Star Island with the Poughkeepsie UU.
• The board discussed having new visitors introduce themselves if they feel comfortable doing so.
• Name tags will be made available for those using preferred pronouns.
• Hollis noted the increase in children at RE will eventually require finding a substitute teacher.
• Hollis announced that there will be a February benefit concert, and suggested musicians be paid from the arts fund.
• The board voted to appoint Linda Mangelsdorf to replace trustee Steve DiLorenzo
  until the end of the fiscal year.
• Installing a gender-neutral bathroom was discussed.
