Building issues:

• Steve Deutch has arranged for all 20 lights in our sanctuary to be replaced. He also has 5 spares.
• Steve evaluated the timeline for roof replacement. He estimates we have another 10-15 years before it will have to be done
• Hollis mentioned that the air filters still need to be replaced.
• Regarding the scrap lumber from the removal of the shelves behind the sanctuary, Hollis will look to resell the wood.
• We need to pour a concrete footing for our new road sign.
• We need a licensed electrician to install 3 new circuit breakers that control our heating system.
• The 3rd Sunday collection of the month will go to a local food bank
• Our religious education teacher, Bernadette, may be absent for 6 months due to a fire at her apartment that displaced her family.
• We were notified that ICE plans to hold prisoners at a warehouse in Chester.
• Rev. Diane will be inducting new members to our congregation in March
• Hollis will hold a benefit concert on March 14th from 3-5 in support of families who wish to attend the Star Island retreat.
