Board of Trustee Notes

  1. New Exit Signs have been installed within the building.
  2. The board will discuss a keyless lock system with the school. 
  3. The board is planning a face-to-face meeting with the Birch School administration.
  4. It was noted that the membership directory needs updating.
  5. It was decided that the third week collection donation will go to IFCO Pastors for Peace in support of their humanitarian aid work.
  6. Bridget is the new board liaison for the Arts Ministry.
  7. Due to scheduling conflicts, the next Congregational Meeting will be held on Dec. 6th instead of in November.
  8. The board discussed recognizing long-time members who have made a substantial contribution to the success of our congregation.
