Notes from the December 5, 2023 BOT Meeting
• Sullivan Fire Protection Co. was called to inspect and repair system as there was water in the basement after the Dec.11 storm.
• Jim Tarvin agreed to contact Mike’s handyman to clean gutters.
• Nan reported that we have 5 volunteers to participate in a Digital Security training in Jan. & Feb.
• Alan reported that he and Linda are working on tax letters to pledgers.
• Sue Ann reported that we have 5 volunteers as RE helpers.
• Questions were raised about our building use policy, which will be reviewed at the next BOT meeting.
• BOT discussed various options around safety and security in and around the building.
• Agreed to cosponsor “Yearning for Peace and Justice: A Teach-In on Israel and Palestine in Rhinebeck Jan 28. – Led by Jewish Voices for Peace-Hudson Valley Chapter and Middle East Crisis Response.
• In process of seeking the third person to serve on the Committee on Ministry
