We have one or two more spots open for someone wanting to join our Soul Matters circle this fall. We meet on the second Friday of every month from 2:30-4 in the sanctuary.
The theme for this month is the practice of deep listening. Rev. Scott Taylor’s poem “Always a Voice Arises” gently reminds us:
As we light our flame , may we hear what it
has to say.
Come back to your center, it calls.
Return to the quiet, it whispers.
The quiet we long for, and that longs for us.
From this stillness, always a voice arises, if
we let it.
So, come, friends, let us listen once again.
Let us find that flame inside that guides us
back home.
If you want to find out more about this group, please contact Rev. Diane. Every month we will explore different spiritual practices. The materials we will use are rich and diverse , taken from many sources such as poetry, books, art, music, videos, podcasts and films. Come join us!
